I want to say they are "Just like a cinnamon roll but filled with meat!" but that wouldn't explain much.

Those ones were cheese and pepperoni, but pretty much any topping works in them as well as spinach.

Oh, I thought I said it earlier. The name the local place gives them is "pinwheels" but other places back east will make it into a giant loaf and call it a bread.

Re: Food Pr0n!
All righty, tonight (using the other batch of the dough) I made pizzas.
Traditional pizza margherita, American Standard Pepperoni, Mushroom and bell peppers, and Californian Pulled Pork (same style as BBQ chicken but with different meat). They took a few minutes longer to cook in the oven, but I think I like the high hydration's texture better than my usual oven dough. Normally the more slack dough is used only on the grill.

Those look like great pizzas! At what temp do you cook them?

500 on tiles that have been heating for over an hour (so they may be hotter than 500). I really want to get a pizza hacker since that would make a truly compact yet effective coal fired oven.

The pinwheels mostly go to the drones and the pizza provides lots of left overs.

Okay... let's see... I'll have a large with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives... and a small with extra cheese and Canadian bacon.

Not really, it more insurance that makes sure my orders get higher priority if the scenario ever arises. If it were up to me I would probably lock them in their cubes.
