Great job Mouseoholic ~ glad you are on your way to feeling better too.
I'm hoping to get to my friend's house this weekend. They have the Wii and I'm sure I have hula-hooped there with their oldest. I'll have to keep tabs on what you guys are doing so I can write down my scores and join the fray. I have tried the snowball fight before and didn't care much for that ~ kinda like the real thing  Growing up I much preferred building the fort rather than the snowball war that followed

I'll answer for her because I don't know when she'll have a chance to come back on here: yes, she is. That's not bad for only 3 minutes, right?
That is AWESOME in 3 mins I'll have to go some to catch up with that. :)
New highest score on Step Plus 607pts, Ok not a huge increase but an increase all the same

Hi Sleepy90 here are some stats

Obstacle Course 450pts
Advanced Step 595 pts not my best but hey, it's 6:30 a.m. and I’m still working on my first cup of decaf...

I thought I had unlocked the Snowball Fight but cannot seem to find it...hmmmm I will investigate later today.

When I first made up my mind to go on this journey, I set a goal and I have finally reached it. I have now officially lost 21lbs....YEA!!!!

I had no idea when I started this thread that it would be such a motivator! Thanks everyone for the support. I hope you find this thread as encouraging and motivating as I do. Knowing that other struggle to lose weight and that we can all do this together is very helpful.

Keep up the good work guys & gals!! :goofy_bounce:

Way to go Mouseoholic that is a terrific loss. :hatter_bounce: :hatter_bounce:
Well I said I would keep you posted at monthly intervals on my fight with the BMI, first month over and I have lowered my BMI by 1.64 no weight loss or gain but that was not the aim so far so good. I have to say that this is probably due to trying to beat the Hula champion, your killing me but I am getting better.
We are just posting highest scores so when you beat your own or mine post it, here are my new highest scores:-
Step Plus 640pts
Table Tilt 138pts
Advanced Snowball 49hits
The snowball heads are being thrown in super advanced snowball have you unlocked that yet.

Well, I had my list of Wii Fit activities all written down for when I went to my friend's house last night so I knew which ones I should try to compete with y'all. Four, or maybe it was five, changes of batteries for the balance board later, we gave up :( Next time I will have to bring my own juice
But we did have yummy fruit smoothies with dinner! So at least that was healthy :D

Sorry, Amy. Better luck next time... we would really be interested in hearing about your exploits on the Wii! :D

I weighed myself again today, and guess what...? I lost another four pounds!! So I have now officially lost 19 pounds total!! Woo hoo!! My goal was to lose 20 - 25 pounds before our trip, and it looks like I'm going to make it! I still have four and a half weeks to go, and I think I can reach the top end of that goal if I stay disciplined, and maybe even exceed it! That would be totally sweet! Thanks to all my fellow subbers here who have been working just as hard on their goals, and in the process have been keeping us motivated! Your encouragement is worth its weight in gold! :D

M-Dude - That is awesome news. It always makes you feel good to not only hit your goals, but exceed them as well. Keep up the great everyone! Like Mouseoholic said, it's very encouraging to read about everyone's successes!

As for me, I've been stuck on 40lbs for a week or so. But, Halloween candy aside, I am going to hit 50 soon.

Not really bud... when you have a lot to lose, it's a little easier to lose weight at the beginning. It's losing it over the long-haul that is the problem. I appreciate the accolades though.

Hit the plateau Nacler don't worry it takes 2-3 weeks and then you start downward again.
Your doing a great job keep going. It will be worth all the hard work when you have a race up Main Street to the castle with Mousekedude.

Thank you ladies... I appreciate the encouragement. When I hit plateau's I find I just need to change my strategy and then I'm back to losing again. I just have to find the right game plan... and bypass the Halloween candy buckets in the office and at home. ;)

and... M-Dude would destroy me in a race down Main Street to the Castle I am sure... but it may make for a fun video!

Make sure if you're racing him it's not a sunny day - the glare off the top of his head could blind you and give him an unfair advantage over you in taking the lead...

Hey, I need all the advantage I can get!
It would make a fun video, though! Since my foot surgery 9 years ago, and my ankle surgery 5 years ago, and with my bad knees, I make a funny picture trying to run. But I'm working on it. So NaCler and I would probably provide a pretty comical view as we lurch and stumble our way along. We'll have to give it a shot!

Oh my word! I will definitely volunteer to be the videographer for that "special" race  Although, the video might be a bit shaky from all the laughing I will be doing
