Login issues...anyone else?
Now I know I'm new, but all day yesterday I had no issues. When I logged in I saw my name and I requested 2 tracks and my points showed correctly. I got home, logged in, and it showed all these tracks I had purchased (which I didn't) and it wouldn't keep me logged in except in the forums area. So this morning I got to work, logged in, and selected a station to listen to and noticed I was once again logged out (I'm trying to edit my profile but am unable). But at the bottom left it says I'm logged in. Can anyone with more experience here tell me if I'm doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. Diane

Welcome aboard, dichuy. I can't say I can help you with your problems. At the top under the banner name it has the option of "Chat", the second one from the right. If you click it, it will take you to a live chat area that many of the moderators and the top brass behind this website can usually be found hanging out. I just checked and found two moderators there now. Maybe someone there can help you out.dichuy wrote:Now I know I'm new, but all day yesterday I had no issues. dichuy, is the problem still ongoing? The only thing I could suggest is to select the option to keep you always logged in when logging in.

I gotta admit, that's not always working for me. After the refurb a few months ago, it seems like I've been have problems with that (cookie corruption?).Len90 wrote:dichuy, is the problem still ongoing? Re: Login issues...anyone else?
Thanks for the suggestion Len90, but no, selecting that options doesn't help. The only place I stay logged into when I navigate to different pages is the forum area here, but even if I select "keep me logged in when I come back" it doesn't. I put a long explanation of all that is happening on the Bugs thread. I can't even request songs now even though it says I have 1900 points and it shows my name and points at the top. Oh well, I'm just stuck listening to what you guys want hehe.Len90 wrote:dichuy, is the problem still ongoing? nice to know I'm not alone...but it happens on my mac and pc at work, and my mac at home. I even just created a new account with my second e-mail I use and I get the same thing.mindflipper wrote:I gotta admit, that's not always working for me. I never had any issues with it before. I keep my information saved since I'm the only one accessing my computer and it logs me in smoothly after that.

Are there any other Mac/Safari users out there that could help out dichuy with her problems?

just a reminder--it happens on my PC also. But yes, if anyone else has had similar problems and were able to resolve them please let me know how you did it.mindflipper wrote:Are there any other Mac/Safari users out there that could help out dichuy with her problems?

Re: Login issues...anyone else?
Do you have a complex work network where you have to login? That could cause it to not remember you. I have a mac and use mac and PC at Rutgers. Every time I log in at Rutgers I always have to input my user name and password even if it is a computer I used in the past. As for your home machine, that one has me puzzled.
