All I can say is that it must be nice to have that much time on your hands.
I would sooooo love to be able to cook all those cool recipes, but alas, I have no time for it. Keep 'em comin' though.... it's giving me some good ideas for those rare occasions when I can make something nice.

It actually doesn't take that long to do that all, in total it probably takes about 20 minutes of active cooking/work to make that.

Today we have smoky martinis (you use scotch in place of vermouth), NY steak with twice baked potato and greenbeans with mushrooms (still no verts), and french apple tart.
