Ummm, mouseowners? Do you mean Disney shareholders? If so, then yes, I am a proud Disney shareholder. :D
I am unfortunately way too poor to be a DVC member, although some of my former piano families were DVC members.

Mouseowners is a forum for DVC members which is Disney Vacation Club.
Not sure if shareholders have a forum?

dvc? have not noticed too many around here. they may just be keeping it a secret like most of us shareholders, only admitting when prompted to. if you have a more specific wdw/dvc question, it will get response. there are knowledgable people here who can answer dvc resort (at wdw) q's if that's what you want to know about, but for just a dvc thread... i can't say that i've ever seen one. we'll see how this one does, otherwise, make it slightly more specific, if people here know the answer, they're always happy to help.

I'm sure there are shareholders on subsonic (I'm one) but I don't think there's a separate, exclusive forum anywhere just for shareholders.

I know of one Subsonic member that is, but if they want to say they can.

No questions, I have been a member since 2008. Just wondering if any other DVC members were active on this forum.

I would love to be a DVC owner someday.

My parents have a timeshare in Panama City Beach that they can exchange for a DVC stay...and I am praying I can use it sometime next year!

ya, i'll be interested to see what kind of response you get on this. here's what i've noticed about dvc members that i'm friends with, and of everyone else who frequent disney blogs like this one. as a rule dvc members are not disney "obsessed" (if that's not too strong). they like disney, but their interest is only as far as the timeline of their next vacation. the people on the blogs love disney. they need a dose everyday. as far as i've seen, they are not dvc members. the only reason i make this guess is because everytime dvc is mentioned, several always say how they wish they could be... just not in the budget. why this seems to be the way of things, i'm unsure. i am sure that i rarely see dvc people offer an opinion, just once in a great while a question. so this adds to my guess that there aren't too many. we'll see huh?

I personally know three who are DVC owners and Disney obsessed. If you talk to them, that's the only reason they have DVC. All 3 families actually go to WDW at times when they have to get a hotel also.

refreshing to hear. i was beginning to think something was up, my friends have a minimal knowledge, minimal desire. it's like they really like it, but in an "at the moment" kind of way. i can tell it's not overly important, or conversation worthy to them. we'll see if any come out of the woodwork on this post, i think that's the real test.

I am in on DVC w/ my parents. It's in their name but we split on the cost. Works out well. I was going to get it on my own but my dad suggested piggy backing on his as it would be coming to me eventually anyway. So that's what we did. I am not active on any forums however. And to my knowledge neither are they.
