It is free and super easy to load pictures on them and then share them here. I know you generally have to re-size the photos so they aren't huge and then when you want to put them into a post, you use the 4th link down (url for forums) Don't be intimidated. Even if you have problems, someone around here is always kind enough to jump in and help!

Too bad you are sticking with your routine, think how happy your child would be if you allowed them to be stinky one more day!

Wow! That's pretty sweet! Does anyone know if they do these same things in DL? I've been wanting to go to the Mickey's trick or treat party for a few years now, but we haven't actually gone...of course, we would have to comandeer our nieces if we did go. After all, the 2 of us wandering around a trick or treat party without kids seems kinda strange...

all ages trick-or-treat, so there's no shame. personally i think it's a waste of time unless you happen on one that's putting souvenirs in your bag, not the candy. i'd go for the parade, the character's in costume, the characters you'd never normally see, and especially the wide open-ness of the park. you're definitely not there for the trick-or-treating, or even the fireworks display... it doesn't measure up to the regular display. as i recall you get 2 chances a night to see the parade and fireworks so check it out anyway. i concur w/ jacca, if you've never done it, do it.MmeLeota wrote:Wow! Those match my sentiments after reading about the trick-or-treating on this thread. I would want to see the fun characters and parade, and hope to get some unique souvenirs. I wouldn't want to have to pay the airlines to check candy on the way homenicklesm17 wrote:all ages trick-or-treat, so there's no shame. personally i think it's a waste of time unless you happen on one that's putting souvenirs in your bag, not the candy. i'd go for the parade, the character's in costume, the characters you'd never normally see, and especially the wide open-ness of the park. you're definitely not there for the trick-or-treating, or even the fireworks display... it doesn't measure up to the regular display. as i recall you get 2 chances a night to see the parade and fireworks so check it out anyway. i concur w/ jacca, if you've never done it, do it.MmeLeota wrote:Wow! Awesome photo nickelsm!!! I don't have any good shots of the Headless Horseman. The first time I attended MNSSHP ('02) the Headless Horseman actually galloped down Main St. whereas now he just trots. He kinda loses something, but I remember being shocked they let such a large draft horse gallop down Main St! I wonder if someone was injured and now they make him trot?!?! Anyone know?

Re: Mickey's Not So Scarey Halloween Party
Thanks for the thoughts! Our anniversary is coming up and I was toying with the idea of going. (the candy would be a perk though...we would be donating it anyway) I have a feeling that WDW's is by far better than DL's, but I think it would still be fun!
Anyone out there been to DL's version?

ya, he's not exactly racing the devil behind him, but he moves fast enough... and early enough. you've got to get your spot well before the parade starts, because he rides through well before the parade does. i kicked myself in the pants the first time because i just wasn't ready for him. good job they do 2 parades a night. i got him the second time around. anybody going to this, keep this in mind, get positioned early, have your camera/video camera ready. you don't get much of a window on this. get the most for the extra money because he certainly is one of the highlights.boilerbabe wrote:Awesome photo nickelsm!!! This isn't exactly about the Halloween party but it is Disney-Halloween related so I figured this would be a good place to put it. Will anyone be entering the Disney Halloween Costume contest? Looks like there are a lot of big prizes!! Here's the link....
