I've done some in depth research and have come up with a very strange parallel. Do you know what two quarterbacks have or had a very similar style of play historically in their last year of college play until one got hurt and "HAD" to become a throwing quarterback?

I'll give you a few days to go over historic statistics. I think you will all be a bit surprised. HINT: Think SEC and go back about 40 years for the first QB.

I thought this was "FANTASY" football? Today it's been more like "NIGHTMARE" football!

Jacca, I feel your pain. I had something similar last week. My team failed to perform up to the standards I had expected when I drafted each and every player. Today, my team showed me the true potential that it has. I just hope I can hang on for a win. You can never be certain of anything. That is what I love about this game. One week you are on top of the world and the next you are on the bottom and wondering what went wrong.

That's my team in my other league. I just have no luck there. I lose Beanie Wells to his bruised knee in the preseason and then Ryan Grant goes down on week 1 with the major ankle injury. The league is extremely competitive and 5 minutes before I could get on his replacement was picked up. My team lost last week thanks to that final minute TD by Frank Gore. I also was hurt by that junk time TD by Hicks on Sunday night. I am 0-2 and in 11th place with one of the lowest point totals in the league. The sad thing is I honestly thought that the team in that league was better than my team in this league. This week I started Colston, Garcon, and Massaquoi for my WRs and they combined to get me 87 yards. I have no RBs and nobody in the league is even willing to talk for a fair trade. All in all, my team is in crisis and I have already declared it a disaster zone!

kcarsts, it was a great fight you put up. Your team will be fine and you should win.

kcarts - Don't get too bummed out already. If you look you've only scored 6 points fewer than the 3rd place team. It's all about match-ups. You just haven't been lucky on who you've played so far. It will correct itself.

Amy - It's alright. You're now tied with me, Jacca and MadEye. That sounds like interesting company to me! Remember it's a long season!

I leaped up to Fifth. Remember this is only after two weeks and what makes this sport so great is that your rank can change from week to week. It really is amazing how much variance there can be in football. There are times when one rushing yard or one passing yard will make the difference between winning or losing.
