Sounds like you can use them until they tell you to stop ;)

And then go back to using them the moment they leave.

My "spidey sense" is tingling like crazy on this one. I smell something fishy. I say go for it, and let's see what happens. My opinion (for what it's worth) is that this is some individual trying to be important. I can't see how Disney can make such an all-encompassing general statement like that.... there's got to be more to it...
So rock on with your bad outlet-using selves, Mayhem Marauders!!

I need to see if there are any outlets around Disneyland but I highly doubt there are any around.

I know there are/use to be ones in the opera house, workers have to be able to power their machines/exhibits after all. Though I've never had to use one, so I can't say if they have juice flowing in them.

I would guess the outlets are fairly well camouflaged or otherwise hidden out of view. I can see where they would not want people plugging stuff in and possibly having cords all over for people to trip on. I will probably be a good doobie and recharge the batteries in the room overnight. It remains to be seen if I need to recharge my own batteries with a nap anywhere or not ;)

They did use quotes, just like I say "Why yes officer, I was at "home" the entire night"

I have to agree with those that have said Impressions de France. I like that movie but between the music and the low light level.... it has nap written all over it.

I don't know if I mentioned the trains circling the parks were one but I know I've dozed off once or twice.

As far as the battery topic goes: In DL, I know they used to have a battery charging station in the photo shop on Main Street, however we asked about it a couple of years ago and they have stopped offering it. I would imagine this would be due to the sheer number of requests they were getting since the whole digital world opened up. (we had used the service for charging our camcorder's battery)

Also, in DCA there used to be an outlet hidden behind the bench inside the Guest Services building. I had an issue with my camera battery (before I had more than 1) and the CM let me sit there and let it charge since I didn't have a cord that would cause any kind of safety issue. Again, this was quite a few years ago, and I am not sure if it's still there or if the CM would be kind enough to let anyone use it....they may have gotten to be really strict about that these days.

I am pretty sure there are outlets all over WDW. I know from personal use, that they have them in the bathrooms (or just outside them) and in restaurants. I have charged my camera plenty of times.

DW fell asleep during The American Adventure...I was wide awake thinking it was the best showcase of American history I had ever seen...dang near tearing up...and there she was next to me fast asleep.

To be fair...she thinks all history and science things are a bit boring and I am the exact opposite. I can watch things on the History Channel and Discovery Channel all day...every day...and never get tired of it.
