Best characters (Most Interesting) in the parks

Post by rphillips14 » Aug Mon 23, 2010 7:36 am

Our favorite characters is the evil queen and her 2 step daughters. The queen acts just as you can imagine (all snooty and uppity) while her daughters are loud, boorish and extremely funny. During Holloween 09, they got into a fight over a ribbin my wife had on her witches hat.

Are you referring to The Queen from Snow White or Lady Tremaine from Cinderella? If it's Lady Tremaine, she isn't a queen... But believes she is from what I've heard. :)
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

Good Point-Lady Tremaine. She saw me take a bite off my daughter's cupcake (That she didn't want) and scoulded me for it. Very funny and well played.

It is more fun with characters that can talk. Mary Poppins was fun to interact with--almost like being at the 50s Prime Time (don't slouch, keep your back straight, etc). Though if you can get two characters to play off of each other that gets fun to watch, too.

They aren't film characters...but I love the Mayor and his wife in MK.

Pluto has always been really funny! He usually pushes DH away and hugs me only, I've also had Mickey Mouse interact alot, it's hard to choose one, I just love them all!

Hmm it would be tough for me to really judge this as I have had a lot of really great encounters with the characters. I would say that the Mad Hatter and Alice are a great duo. From my experience, the Hatter is funnier, but he manages to get Alice going along on the fun. I did enjoy Mary Poppins too. However, she couldn't help but laugh from the Mad Hatter... I honestly would have been on the floor so she did great to play her role. Chip and Dale are another classic duo. We can always get into some really funny moments with them. I have had my moments with Minnie. We have also had some fun with Goofy. The Tweedles are a great duo if you can catch them together. I will even throw in the Princesses and Fairies at MK.

In all honesty, the characters are really what you make of them. You really have to try and feel it out and see how you can have fun with each of them. The speaking characters are a lot easier to interact with as they can quickly answer back or can directly say something funny. It really all comes down to the CM.

I love GOOFY!!! When were in the MK for MNSSHP a few years ago they had two tents set up in front of the castle one with Mickey and Pluto and the other one with Goofy and Minnie. I looked at Goofy and Minnie and said "shame on you, it's true Minnie is doing Goofy, all she left poor Mickey with is the dog"! Goofy put his hand over his mouth and started laughing!

Ok, I really need to get this pic up as my new avatar, but During my last trip, I ran into 3 of the Country bears.....IN EPCOT!!!!! It was awesome. There were no other people waiting for pics so the 4 of us were just goofing off while my wife took pics. They were just standing on the side the the American pavilion. Once while I was working a MVMCP a country bear over at MK took a girls hat a literally ran from CBJ all the way to Splash at full speed I thought it was a miracle he didnt hit anyone or fall! It was hysterical and it had all of Frontierland in stiches!

Maybe they are by the American pavilion because EPCOT is in America?!?! I'll have to remember to look there next time we go though!
