Ahh the jealousy MadEye. I would love to hear video of that. I'm a heavy sleeper and slept through that when we stayed in Contemporary.

I think we might have to change the name to EPCOF. It really could be catchy. Then we'll throw a hand with a wand pointing to giant letters spelling out the park name on SSE. It will be perfect! :D

When refuse to buy those guide books since you know a lot more then them.

I think we can pass on EPCOF. It will just sound like everyone's trying to clear their throats or cough.

Which? The EWP or the trains? If I had a video camera I'd tape it for you. It's kinda cool seeing them take a train off the system. It has to go backwards across World Drive/Floridian way. Sometimes, if you are lucky and get stuck back there, you can witness a Monorail being brought onto the system as a train is being taken off.

you know you're a Disney nut when random strangers at the parks listen to your suggestions or directions instead of asking a CM!

I have been in that situation before and I did use the Disney point. I even use the Disney point when at home as a habit even though I never worked for Disney.

LOL! How cute! I was once working on a deaf studies degree, but the program fell apart. :( Unfortunately like with anything else, if you don't use it, you lose it.

However, I was recently in a situation where there was an interpreter and I always find myself watching them trying to remember the signs.

How I wished we lived closer ~ I think we would be great friends! I took a ASL class one summer just because...I was the only one in the class that wasn't there because they had a family member who was hearing impaired. I still remember a few signs but it is like all my other languages...not used and mostly forgotten. :(

Mouseoholic has several friends who mastered ASL, and she learned a little bit from them. I don't know if she remembers any of it now, though.

When you read about learning ASL and remembering the way you tried to learn it (I barely remember the alphabet in ASL) was through a book you used from the backstage "library" for CMs only at MGM.

I think so too Amy! We seem to have bunches in common! Who knows? Maybe we'll get to meet up someday! :D Even if I get up the guts to try and communicate with a deaf person, I freeze up and can't remember squat...same goes for those 3 years of French I took in H.S. I have a friend who is from France and we always greet each other in French, but that's about as far as I can go in the conversation. :(

When you go on a mini vacation that consists of a train ride to Boston, subsonic radio, and the passporter for reading material.

When you delete most of the radio sites that you did listen because you now, never listen to them. I listen to:

1. Subsonic: Request
2. Subsonic: Background
3. Subsonic: Soarin
4. Subsonic: Schedule
5. Sports

When you stop at Starbuck's on your way to work Sat. morning...when they open the drive through window, the aroma instantly makes you think of Capt. Cook's!!!
