The best benefit is free parking at all the parks which is now $14 a day! Outrageous!
The food discounts are so insignificant, like others have said, lunch only MON - FRI, who does that?
But another real good one is all the shopping... 10% off can be a bonus if you spend a lot at the Disney Store!

The discount that I get the most use out of is the $25 discount on the Tables in Wonderland card. Totally worth it if you are not on a dining plan and dine in the signature restaurants, it pays for itself quite quickly.
The 40% room discounts are great, but you have to be proactive and be on the lookout for them.
