We also like to stock up on the Goofy Gummies from the confectionary on Main Street. You can find the sours everywhere, but it's harder to find the plain gummies. Not sure why the taste better then regular gummies elswhere (mabey it's because they're made into mickey head shapes), but we always buy four or five packs for the trip home and try to stretch them out until our next visit. Never happens though.

Friar's Nook in Fantasyland will (is already?) sell them with or without the options of cheese, bacon and ranch, cheese and chili.
Come on man... I'm supposed to be LOSING weight, not planning on adding anymore wonderful snacks for my December trip! I'm pretty sure I'll have to check this one out. Thanks A LOT MadEye!

All of the food at Disney is sprinkled with pixie dust which eliminates all of the fat and calories from them. That's how all of the princesses stay so skinny.

We do so much walking at Disney, I loose weight no matter how much I eat. Same thing on Disney cruise line.

The best part of that "best" snack is that it is free! Plus I doubt you'll have a lot of competition in getting a cup of it

I was going to try those fresh potato chips I mentioned earlier in the thread but wasn't hungry when I walked by. Decided to see Philharmagic because I haven't seen it in a long time. Figured I would try them after Philhar and Friars nook was closed. ARGH!!!! Well, next time I will try them.

I'm going to have to write that down in my book as something to get. We have something that sounds similar at our state fair but I bet Disney's are better.

Yes it is! That's why I don't insist on going anymore now that it's been a decade or so since my parents were footing the food bill. Even with our discount of free admission, I can't warrant it.

I don't know if I could pick just one best snack at WDW. I have a bunch of favorite snacks. I'll divide it up by location. Don't have a favorite anything at Animal Kingdom.

Magic Kingdom
Banana Bread Pudding from MS Bakery
Dole Whip
The now extinct Strawberry/Vanilla Swirl from Enchanted Grove

Epcot
Strawberry mousse from Sunshine Seasons
Lefse from Kringla Bakeri
School Bread from Kringla Bakeri
Raspberry Schusse from Boulangerie Patisserie

DHS
Carrot cake cookie (2) with cream cheese filling from Writer's Stop

Resorts
I'm drawing a blank on what this is called, but the puffed and fried doughnuts from POFQ. Baguettes, maybe?
