Yep. Unfortunately, people have sued for having their "likeness" as used at some... interesting sites. So, I'm mostly protecting myself. :D
Wouldn't it had been eaasier to crop off the bottom of the photo instead? You could have cut them out of the photo entirely and still kept the more important part.
