Oh now I see what you were talking about, I don't think I have ever had one of those http://www.captainfreeze.com/manifest.php (yes I do spend too much time online  )

I remember on a trip to DL I bought a Mickey Ice Cream bar, it was frozen solid (every hard!) and I cracked a tooth...lol I figured it was the middle of summer just how frozen could it be.......well, it was pretty ding dang frozen! But it was so delicious! And the cracked tooth did not hamper my eating it either! ha ha

If it was that frozen solid, they were probably using dry ice to keep them frozen. A friend of mine used dry ice to keep the ice cream bars frozen at his 4th of July cookout a few years ago. They were like biting into a brick.

After reading many rave reports about how good the Dole Whips are, I tried them this past summer. I chose the pineapple. I have to say, I didn't care for it at all. I tried to pawn it off on my husband and 2 kids, but they didn't like it either.

Mickey Mouse Bars all the way! :D

My Favorite Frozen Treat would Have to be the Dole Whips floats!! They are the best! Have to get one everytime i am in the MK! I also like the Toll House Sandwich's. Actually, when i worked Ice Cream Carts in the Animal Kingdom, that is one of the Big sellers. The other big seller is the Drum Stick! Just some FYI stuff :D

YUM.
I believe the name you are looking for is Itzakadoozie.

(I used to work in a grocery store stocking frozen food.)

Edit:I replied before I saw that you found the name. But I might as well also weigh in that I choose the Dole Whip for the simple reason that you (with the exception of that one poster) can't get it anywhere else! I adore the taste of pineapple. I go for the pineapple floats.

Mickey Ears all the way. But I'm confused. Everyone is saying eating the ears first is the best way. Is there a way to eat the head first and not have the ice cream bar fall apart?
