No one has mentioned the biggest "non working" part of the ride...It is the car crashing into the wall just before you go to do the high speed loop around the building...remember the car you see scrunched up against the wall used to really "crash" and get scrunched, thus showing what was about to happen to your car... but lucky for you, your wall opens and you go do the loop around the building.Am I the only one who remembers that?

Hmmm, I don't think I do remember a crashing car. I will have to look back in my photos once I find them to see if I have a picture of that!

Maybe for the "crashing car" they used the same company that made the Yeti. ;)

Thanks for the info, my husband and son will love to see the new Camaro up close.

I remember that too, but I didn't know it wasn't working. When I saw that, it made me jump outta my seat...

I agree that it needs updating or at least a little love and attention. While I understand that cash flow is a serious concern for most organizations right now, surely something can be done to at least make it feel like it's not being neglected.

If Toyota took it over, it could be a lot more exciting! They could make it like a runaway train!

I agree it def needs a rehab to just make it more modern looking, as well as fix all the monitors.

I didn't ride TT when it was new, so I never noticed that some of the queue things didn't work (same goes for Dinosaur, I never saw it in proper working order so I don't know what i'm missing)

So yeah, I think some parts could use an update - the intro show especially. I hear that they're making a TT-like ride themed for Cars in California Adventure. Maybe wdw could get an update after that's done.

I agree it will get some cars land technology. I'm sure they have plans for TT, its not like they don't know how out of date it is.

I hope it does. I'll bet the cars themed version of the ride is going to be really cool.
