That is very true. I did not factor that in. When I booked they did tell me if I was interested to call back for the Candlelight Processional/Dinner once the date, times and line-up was announced.

I'm curious Mouseoholic ~ when you miss an ADR, what happens? Is there a charge? Or does it just free up a table for a walk-in party?

Has anyone done the booking online for ADR's?! We did it for a few on our last trip and had success.
I had no idea that Le Cellier has become so popular either?!
I'm about 99% sure that if you do not show for an ADR nothing happens. You give them no credit card # so you can't be charged. When we did Cinderella's Castle on our last trip, we had to pay in advance with a credit card and if you decided to no show, you lost your money! I'm guessing b/c that is so popular and they want to turn the reservation over to someon else?!

Well what do you know after years of saying he would love to eat at Le Cellier Joe90 comes in tonight from his run and announces that he would like to eat at the castle on valentines day. Still I'm sure we will try for another day at Le Cellier.NaCler wrote:Sleepy90 - Don't get too discouraged if you can't get it. Today I tried to get it for Dec 5th and they we're already booked. Today is the 180 day mark also...
I won't be upset if we can't get in we'll just go somewhere else.

I remember making my ADRs for Le Cellier a few years ago. I called in at the stroke of the hour when the lines opened on the 180 day mark. I ended up getting an ADR...but it was for an awkward time. At least I got in...but that was almost 2 and a half years ago! I can't imagine what it would be like now. I was going to get Le Cellier ADRs for my trip in August...but decided against it so we could use our free dining TS credits at other places around the World that we have not tried.

Re: Best place to eat in Epcot?
There's no real penalty for missing an ADR unless you prepaid with a credit card (rare; most don't require that), but it is good form to at least call them and let them know you can't make it. We've always called when we realized we weren't going to be able to make an ADR, and they were always appreciative of that fact. Judging by the fact that every time we call about something, they always know everything about us, my guess would be that if you develop a reputation for not showing up for your ADR's, somehow they will be able to track it and then will not be so amenable to working with you on future stuff. Just a thought....

I booked my ADR on-line last time. It makes it look like you're purchasing something because it has that "basket" like online shopping. But the price of the ADR is zero, so you're not charged anything nor did it ask for my credit card number. You print out your "order receipt" as your hardcopy of the ADR.boilerbabe wrote:Has anyone done the booking online for ADR's?!
