The doughnut part sounds good, cinnamon also good, but I think the chocolate sauce needs to be on the side - that doesn't sound like it would go together very well.
Back on topic so I don't get subsonic-ed, I also like the tombstones outside the haunted mansion - those are clever...
Here's the list of tombstones and the real identities of those "buried" there:

Requiescat
Francis Xavier,
no time off for
good behavior
R.I.P.

Imagineer Francis Xavier "X" Atencio - writer of the theme song's lyrics and attraction storyline.

Dear departed
Brother Dave,
he chased a bear
into a cave

Dave Burkhart - the model builder for the Haunted Mansion .

At peaceful rest
lies Brother Claude,
planted here
beneath this sod

Imagineer Claude Coats - came up concept sketches and the layout of the OmniMover ride track for the Haunted Mansion.

Some of the "dearly departed"
In memory of
our patriarch,
dear departed
Grandpa Marc

Imagineer Marc Davis - a designer and artist responsible for almost all of the concept art for the Haunted Mansion.

Master Gracey
laid to rest,
no mourning please
at his request
Farewell

Yale Gracey - responsible for many of the special effects seen in the Haunted Mansion , including the stretching portraits and the séance room.

Rest in peace
Cousin Huet,
we all know
you didn't do it

Cliff Huet - an architect and lead interior designer.

Here lies
good old Fred,
a great big rock
fell on his head
R.I.P.

Fred Joerger - an art director that worked on the Haunted Mansion and is also honored with a window above Main Street, USA .

Here lies a man
named Martin,
the lights went out
on this old Spartan

Bud Martin - the director of the Imagineering special effects department.

R.I.P.
In memoriam
Uncle Myall,
here you'll lie
for quite a while

Chuck Myall - a designer at WED Enterprises.

Wathel R. Bender,
he rode to glory
on a fender
Peaceful rest

Wathel Rogers - an innovator in the area of Audio-Animatronics who programmed many of the figures in the Haunted Mansion.

R.I.P.
Mister Sewell,
the victim of
a dirty duel
Peaceful rest

Bob Sewell - one of the modelers at WED Enterprises.

Good friend Gordon,
now you've crossed
the River Jordan

Gordon Williams - sound effects designer for the Mansion and also worked on the Audio-Animatronics programming.

Dear sweet Leota,
beloved by all
In regions beyond now,
but having a ball

Leota Toombs Irvine - an artist at WED whose face was used as the model for the head in the crystal ball for the seance scene, and therefore the character was named "Madame Leota" in her honor. This tombstone was the last one added after the original tombstones that opened with the attraction.
Thank you for the research!
"Our dreams can come true - if we have the courage to pursue them" WED

Amy - have you ever seen the pet cemetary when you come out of HM? It's neat. They tribute a poodle, cat, rat, bat, frog, and something else but I can't remember what it is. As soon as you come out of HM and you pass the crypt it's immediately on your left outside. You should take a look sometime.
And dont forget THE Mr. Toad!

I don't know how to identify the area I like best, but it's when the doombuggy tilts back, like a recliner. It's absurd I know, but for those few seconds I just feel so relaxed...nothing prepares me for the graveyard, tho. All these years later and I still have to keep my eyes closed!

Wouldn't it be neat if they sold something edible right by the HM that was themed...like a big thick sugar cookie in the shape of a tombstone, or a krispie treat shaped like a buggy...Hello, Disney, I'd buy these if you sold them!

Well even out in Cali, he does die every ride. He hits a train and goes to...well you know...

Yes, but he really should be at WDW, too. I miss him. That was an awesome ride!

The fact that Toad shows up in the pet cemetery is proof that Pooh really killed him. Not the lie of Toad handing over the deed to Owl in the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Weirdness is compatible with ours,

I won't be surprised if the next time I go, I see these themed cookies!
I always found the tilting of the doom buggy to be a little disconcerting ~ my body isn't shaped the way the doom buggy is and it is a tad uncomfy to me...

You've just been shoved out the attic window. You aren't supposed to feel comfortable...

Amy - You must be tall like myself. I always have to slump down a little when we descend as my head is always pressed against the top at a weird angle. A tad uncomfortable but I love the effect so I don't mind so much.
