We honestly don't mind having the characters and even at our old ages, we still enjoy dining with the characters. As for the buffet foods, we always check out allears.net for the dining menus. I honestly think this will all come down to actual experiences at either restaurant.

Hey Len, what about the Plaza??? We ate there on our past trip and really enjoyed it! You'll need ADR's for that one.

There's also the Liberty Tree Tavern in Liberty Square, too. Any reason it has been narrowed down to Tony's or CP?

The Plaza (according to the menu on allears) is all sandwiches and hamburgers and we are in the mood for something more than that.
Liberty Tree Tavern is a place my family and I always ate at in years past when they had characters. We are repeating a lot of restaurants this trip and want to go to someplace we haven't eaten at in a while.
CRT: Just not worth it. It is over $57 a person for dinner.

I would say go for Tony's then. We were looking into dining there on our next trip! Or if you enjoy all of the character, which I can totally understand, then for the CP. I'm not much help here, am I?!

LOL! I was just about to say for him to go for the Crystral Palace! See, Len90, even we're divided here! I think you need to do a blind vote with the Family. You can make it fun and call it "Disney Disney Survival".

The Plaza is all about atmosphere, Len. It's also got good salads, and the ice cream is fantastic. I wouldn't pass it up so quickly.

It will be considered as a third option, but most likely will have to be something that we look into for another trip.

I am proud to announce that the planning is now complete!!! We booked the most important aspect, the flight going to Orlando, yesterday. With that all final arrangements were able to be made with the rental car companies and the transportation to the airport from our house. It feels good to now only have the excitement and anticipation remaining before we go away.

Mindflipper:It really is. It is just purely amazing to see everythin pan out once that morning of June 26th arrives. I know all the hard work pays off in the end and I am VERY excited. I am just amazed at how much planning still has to go into a vacation after booking the room.

The big details, yes. There are smaller details still to do. Like for instance: what's the back-up plan if the Main Street Bakery has in fact ceased making Len90's beloved Tollhouse Chocolate Chip cookies? :(

Those are also complete. The back-up plan is to order whatever cookie they have and eat it :D The only small details left are what clothes I will take to wear down there.
