Don't borrow MmeLeota's crystall ball, Mousekedude - it only works when there's a disembodied head inside it...

Re: Going Back for Some More...
Ok, now I am really confused after having read this over on the other thread?!?!Mousekedude wrote:Ever hear of a literary device called "foreshadowing?" Well here's one of my own quotes from the "Snap your fingers and you are at..." thread. (hmmm, whatever can it portend...?)
Mousekedude wrote:*SNAP*
All the mayhem marauders are sitting on the beach at the Poly, slurping rum-spiked Dole Whips together while watching Wishes, and having a friendly argument over who is the worst instigator of mayhem on Subsonic.
So far, Mouseoholic, Elizabeth, MmeLeota, and Momeja keep insisting that it's me, and when I try to argue that it's Jacca, he just throws sand at me.
Amy and the boilers are trying to stay nuetral, and Mindflipper is throwing in little mindflipping comments to keep stirring the pot. Len and Mark are over in a corner flirting with someone in a Minnie costume, and NaCler is busy searching for another bottle of rum. Madeye, imaginationcelebration, and everyone else are just laughing their heads off and trying not to get dragged into the mousekemelee. We're having a blast.
(...why is he posting that here, and whatever could it mean????)
Foreshadowing.... look for it in all fine literature....
Major mayhem forthcoming!!! Stay tuned!!

I think in marketing terms this is "mass saturation of the market"...

Man, Dude must really mean it. He's posting this in LEN'S thread, of all places. I'm even more concerned, now...

I agree, NaCler. We need to get back on topic here. Len90: you have any questions that we - your fellow subsonicers - can help you out on about WDW? I know you're pretty much an expert already, but it's nearly impossible for any one person to truely know everything that goes on at WDW. If there's anything we can do to help make your trip as perfect as possible - let us all know...

Re: Going Back for Some More...
hmmm, does anybody here know how to control the weather to make sure it is in the mid 80's and perfectly sunny for the eight days we are there? I have yet to find a way to make that happen!mindflipper wrote:I agree, NaCler. We need to get back on topic here. On a more serious note, we are getting down to crunch time and need everybody's opinion... Crystal Palace or Tony's for dinner on the last night. Also if somebody has read our itinerary which is posted somewhere on page 1, do you have any other suggestions.

Is Tony's a Buffet or straight table service?

Tony's is still table service/menu, Crystall Palace is character buffet. Both at night I would strongly recommend ADR. Question is: do you want buffet or Italian?

Re: Going Back for Some More...
We have been thinking about that and are indifferent between the two. We currently have an ADR at Tony's but there are openings at Crystal Palace. I am hoping to get people's opinions of the two places so it can help guide my family into which restaurant.mindflipper wrote:Tony's is still table service/menu, Crystall Palace is character buffet. Also, does anyone in your party like Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet? If not, you may want to go Italian. The characters are more distracting if you don't really want to get pictures with them. Although, we might get some good footage of Len singing and dancing in the mini-parade they do during the meal...

In that case I will vote for Crystal Palace!NaCler wrote:Also, does anyone in your party like Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet? If not, you may want to go Italian. Len, if you want me to list several of the foods that they have on the buffet I think I can remember quite a few of them.

Are all the buffet restaurants fairly similar in what foods they offer?NaCler wrote:Len, if you want me to list several of the foods that they have on the buffet I think I can remember quite a few of them.

Amy - I don't think so. I've only done 2 dinner buffets: CP and Chef Mickey's and they did different dishes.

Ah, yes, my nefarious plan is working! I meant to build suspense for an announcement, and I wanted everyone to see it!NaCler wrote:Man, Dude must really mean it. He's posting this in LEN'S thread, of all places. I'm even more concerned, now...
Au contraire, my dear chap. I am on topic! "Going back for some more" is what this is all about!Mindflipper wrote:I agree, NaCler. We need to get back on topic here.
