I wasn't as impressed with Crystal Palace for dinner as there were not many choices for the kids. I think their breakfast is MUCH better. But, you won't have kids with you so you may have a different opinion. There are some very good choices on the buffet for adults, don't get me wrong. We were just rushed because of the characters and that skewed my overall view. Unless it's specifically closed for a refurb it'll be open. We stay at the Beach Club in November and December and it's always open when we're there. We would die otherwise if it weren't. Yeah, you may want to cause a little trouble while you are there so that they are prepared for us! I'm sorry we will miss you guys but there will be many more trips and opportunities... hopefully. Please post some pics on the BLT as I have never seen it. We were just there and I don't remember seeing the tower! Actually, it crashed to the ground with the stroller once I got my 2yo out. Then, I made sure I had it's replacement less than an hour later. PLUS it gave me a chance to compare the two...
