Oh my goodness, a whole mickey mouse
head of rice krispie goodness! I almost mousekfainted right off my chair! I'm only sad you didn't get a picture of it

And you might not want to let your 7 year old have any more sweet stuff, his teeth look awful

The rest of the pictures are awesome! It is so fun seeing your family ~ your nephew in the Splash Mountain log is priceless! Fun family photo in front of the castle. You know your daughter is going to look at that in a few years and wonder why her brothers got to be pirates and she didn't

You and your sister look like you thought the Dole Whip was tasty ~ nice to see the Subshirt too

Well, I'm guessing the boys won't look at that in a few years and say "Hey Dad, how come we didn't get the princess makeover!"

Awaiting the next installment patiently

NaCler, you will love your stay at the Yacht Club. It is my FAVORITE resort and I always love staying there. And for the price, you can't go wrong at all!
Great report of your day at Magic Kingdom. I definitely took note of your review of Crystal Palace. We are still debating on which restaurant to eat at on our last night and it is currently CP vs Tony's. I definitely enjoyed your Splash picture. I think you definitely got that picture spot figured out perfectly!
BTW: Nice job representing the site. It is definitely a status symbol!

I wasn't as impressed with Crystal Palace for dinner as there were not many choices for the kids. I think their breakfast is MUCH better. But, you won't have kids with you so you may have a different opinion. There are some very good choices on the buffet for adults, don't get me wrong. We were just rushed because of the characters and that skewed my overall view. I've never done Tony's so I can't offer any opinion on that, sorry.

I was just bummed that no one asked me about the shirt so I could rope them in... Oh well.
The only thing I hate about doing the Yacht Club in December is that I won't be able to use the award winning pool.

Will it be closed for refurb? Otherwise, I'm sure it will be heated and you can still use it!

I figured since it's not just a normal pool that it would be closed during the "off season."
Len, can you check this out for me while you are there? If you remember, please.

Wow, I'm just now catching up on your trip report, and I'm lovin' it! I like your writing style, and the pics are awesome! Can't wait for the rest of it!
By the way, regarding your next trip in December: I think the Boilers will be there at that time, and we're trying to plan it too, so if it all works out maybe we can all meet up!
It would be cool if we could all get a picture together with Subsonic shirts!

Unless it's specifically closed for a refurb it'll be open. We stay at the Beach Club in November and December and it's always open when we're there. We would die otherwise if it weren't. Great place to grab some margaritas and enjoy the views of the pool and crescent lake!
We are going the first week of Nov and had booked BCV but we were on the waitlist for Bay lake Tower and it came through so we switched. It's a shame we'll just miss you guys by a few weeks along with the Boilers and possibly the 'tinklers - I'll let them know there'll be more mayem on the way!

Thanks, I'm trying not to give a minute-by-minute report, but it's tough to do. Just have one park left...

Count me IN... I won't have the kids so I will be extremely flexible. I'll be there December 3-5. Flying back on the 6th from Jacksonville...

Nice, that makes it even more exciting and momma loves her strawberry margaritas so she'll be happy. Thanks for the heads up. I promise I won't post any pics of me in my speedo after that trip! haha...

Yeah, you may want to cause a little trouble while you are there so that they are prepared for us! I'm sorry we will miss you guys but there will be many more trips and opportunities... hopefully. Please post some pics on the BLT as I have never seen it. We were just there and I don't remember seeing the tower! I'm pitiful...

NaCler, we stayed at the YC 12/10-12/18/09 and I got some serious pool time in! The pool is heated and the weather is (in my opinion anyway) still good pool weather!!! That is some warm sun down there! You should get to use the pool. They have floaties you can rent for the lazy river.
They didn't have any rooms left at the Poly?! I don't know if I believe that. I think they try to book certain rooms and they block others. I think it depends who you talk to. Whenever I don't like what a CM is telling me, when I hang up, I call back and talk to someone else. I usually end up getting what I want!
I'm looking forward to more pictures from you! You dropped your Dole Whip! AHHHHH!

Yeah, I guess I have acclimated to Maryland weather so it is hard for me to realize that it is still warm down there in December.

I'm sure they only make one room available for the reduced rate at the "Big 3" monorail resorts then once that is gone oh well. No big deal. I get to stay somewhere that is highly praised by ya'll and I've never stayed there before, so I'm cool with it.

Actually, it crashed to the ground with the stroller once I got my 2yo out. Then, I made sure I had it's replacement less than an hour later. PLUS it gave me a chance to compare the two... I think I like the float better.

OH... and I forgot from my update from the MK... There was no night-time parade running last Friday. Has Spectromagic already disappeared or was I just there on a non-running night? I was disappointed of course.
