I don't use twitter much...but I'll add Subsonic and see what happens. Now I definitely have a theme with who I follow; DisneyBlog, MiceChat, Subsonic...now if only Prince Charming would pop up here somewhere

Ravenscroft, I completely agree. That's why I don't Facebook or Twitter. If people want to get in contact with me, they know how.

I like being able to follow people like Lee Unkrich (Director of Toy Story 3) and get all the latest scoop on the movie and the happenings at Pixar!

As far as texting goes, I like it because sometimes you just can't talk on the phone (i.e. boring meeting, noisy surroundings...etc) or you shouldn't talk on the phone (i.e. the restroom ...that's a huge pet peeve to me...why can't people wait til they're done to talk? I like making toilets flush while they're talking ok, sorry...I'm done ranting)

I also follow Lee's Tweets. It's been cool learnign about the new characters from TS3.

I don't Twitter. I do Face Book. I don't friend someone unless I know and like them, I mean I don't have most of my family a friends. Like the man said, "GET OFF MY LAWN!"

Lee is the coolest...besides Adam Savage and Grant Imahara (from Mythbusters...totally non-Disney related). I loved that Lee set up auctions to benefit the victims of the Haiti earthquake....and I came within 1 minute of winning an item too! Dang!

I do not by any means like facebook....or any other social networking sites. Subsonic and Twitter are it!

All,
I was a Twitter hater until I went to Disney for a WDW Today Fan Reunion. To know who was where in the park you needed to follow the podcast crew on Twitter.

I discovered there is a whole Disney world out there that uses Twitter to communicate. We have probably only tweeted 4-5 times over the course of the year. However, this is how I get my Disney news. There are blogs, reviews, Disney news etc.

Even if you don't tweet, if you are interested in all things Disney this is a great way to connect and get the latest. It saves you from having to visit multiple sites.

I love Twitter but donâ€™t tweet. We don't use facebook. I prefer to have control over who can see what is going on in my life and when.

Yep! That about sums it up for me...I've tweeted a few more times, but it's usually in response to something I saw. There are a few celebs I follow, but most of the ones I follow are Disney related. It's amazing how much information gets tweeted!

Plus I like it when people send in pics of the park while there, or post the wait times so you can see how busy or empty the park is.

I usually use Facebook for all that. That's my "twitter". I upload my photos, my status whenever I update from my phone and that's about it. DatelineDisney on Facebook updates often so that's good enough for me!

I've never used twitter, but honestly I can't imagne that someone is so important that people need to hear what they are doing right in that second, let alone have a following of people hanging on to the edge of their seats waiting to read whatever one-liner that person might write next. I do have a facebook account, but I really do not like facebook and almost feel trapped into keeping it. Darn...I must be getting old
