Yep. He's between the entrance to TTA and the ground floor queue for Astro Orbiter.

Great movie ride?

As I said, I stood there and noticed everyone walked by it like it wasn't even there - that's why I thought it would be great for the Where in the World. Odd, I'm in the park, and for some reason this subsonic thread came to mind when looking around...
