Tonight on the menu:
Appetizer
Roasted Rock Shrimp Brick Oven Fired Flatbreads - with green chili sauce, provolone, spicy sour cream, and crispy sweet potato chips

First Course
Crispy Asian Rock Shrimp Salad - with Florida citrus, red onions, soy reduction, and wasabi cream

Main Course
Oak-fired Fillet Of Beef - with Tillamook Cheddar Gratin, broccolini, and teriyaki barbecue

Dessert
Bananas and Caramel - Crispy baked phyllo squares layered w/banana, caramel, mascarpone mousse, and caramelized banana
Don't forget to have a glass of Chateau Montelena Chardonnay. The original Chardonnay that put Napa Valley on the map and beat the French wine makers in a world-renowned blind taste-off in 1976. It's hard to find at restaurants, but the California Grill has it! Awesome!

Hey, didn't you say that was a little on the pricey side? I'm paying so I need to know if I need to make a snap to the ATM first? :D

Just waking up at the Boardwalk. Throw on some shorts, t-shirt and flip flops and head down to the bakery before the line grows to 10-15 people!

I'm waking up on the floor of the tequila bar, wondering where everyone went....

Just kidding. Actually, I'm working my way around The World with all my Subsonic buddies after fun and frolic at the Tequila Bar, and we're all managing to walk straight, proud of ourselves that we had fun without overdoing it! (and Amy's holding theBIGyowsky back from Norway... )
