Putting together your favorite parts of dinner

I started wondering, if I could put together my favorite appetizer,
salad or soup,
entree,
(sides),
and dessert and beverage,
the works, what it would be..for dinner
and where
...and not just Epcot, but all hotels and dining locations.
Then I started wondering what everyone else might like...because we have another trip to look forward to and suggestions are always welcome.

I know I would start with the Taste of Africa at Jiko....

Wow mine would be pretty much a dinner at Le Cellier.
Appetizer: Duck three ways
Dinner: Kansas City Strip Steak
Dessert: The chocolate Cake there

Len, how do they do Duck 3 ways at Le Cellier? At Brown Derby, they have a main course called Duck 2 Ways: Duck pastrami and the most delicious leg of duck you've ever tasted. I had to fight my family off when I was eating it.

I would have to do some walking for my meal. Wings and a couple of Sam's at ESPN. Walk it off on my way over to Cape May for the buffet.

I'd take the dinner buffet from Cape May and add the dessert buffet from Boma; that would make me quite happy. mmmmmm clams and zebra domes

Here is what is listed on the menu: Confit, Rillette, and Fleischnecke with Orange Gastrique.
I guess there are three parts of the duck that they cook up.

My fantasy meal would be a mix from lots of restaurants

Soup: Chicken Noodle Soup from Primetime
Entree: Kansas City Strip from Le Cellier mixed with Marinated Sirloin Steak from Ohana
Desert: Chocolate Chip Cookie from Main Street Bakery

Sadly, mine is seasonal ...
Soup: CHOUP
Entree: formerly, the Fettuccine al Burro (aka Fettuccine Alfredo) in Italy, but Alfredo's hasn't been there in awhile ... so I'll say the shrimp at Ohana
Dessert: Chocolate-covered apple from ... somewhere, I used to get these most often at ... whatever-it's-called in the Studios, so I could have it during Fantasmic <3

soup: crab chowder or saffron seafood stew from Boma
entree: filet mignon w/ mushroom risotto from Le Cellier
dessert: bread pudding from Ohana

This one also takes some travel and serious time to get through it all.

Appetizer: Cheese plate from Rose & Crown
Drink: Dark beer from Germany pavillion
Dinner: Boma - 'nuff said
Dessert: Any light pastry from Kringla in Norway, followed by a walk over to enjoy an ice cream sundae from Beaches & Cream while watching the lights come on across the water at Boardwalk

The location/surroundings of a meal can be almost as important as the actual food itself.

Appetizer: Honey-Coriander Chicken Wings, Pork Dumplings with Sweet and Sour Sauce from 'Ohana
Soup: Creamy Lobster Soup from Coral Reef
Drink: Premium Top Shelf Margarita from San Angel Inn
Entree: Salt-crusted Prime Rib from Le Cellier
Dessert: No Way Jose from Beaches and Cream

I might need to have a 1-2 hour break in between each of the menu items listed above.
