Does anyone know how many people can view Fantasmic! in New Orleans Square for comparison purposes?
You don't have to take turns breathing, it is actually better if everyone inhales and exhales simultaneously - that way no one gets jostled unnecessarily
I would be curious how big of a crowd is in New Orleans for DL Fantasmic as well...seems like millions!

Yeah, tell me about it! Sometimes I wonder where all the people come from....we've been in the park when just about every ride was a walk on. Then came time for Fantasmic! and we thought we wouldn't have any problem grabbing a spot. Boy were we wrong! All of NOS was jammed!

I think the park will be a lot easier than being entirely crammed around NOS. Who knows, though. I'll have to see it in person for myself.

I'm sure eventually they will have everything worked out and it will run smoothly. However, I have a feeling that the first few months are going to be crazy with people being upset that they can't get into the viewing area and trying to squeeze in wherever they can to try and watch it.

It will be very interesting to see how TDA decides to work the lineup. We'll be going in July so we're expecting massive crowds for the show. But seeing WoC and Aladdin (before it goes away :( ) are the 2 things on our list as must-dos.

I have yet to see Aladdin so one of these days I can see if my friend and I wants to take a quick trip to DCA to see it. Aladdin is one of his all time favorite Disney films so we'll see what happens.

   WHAT??? Girl, you have got to go see it!!! When they first brought it in, I was disappointed because I loved BLAST! and though I really like Aladdin, I wasn't sure about a stage version. Boy was I wrong! Aladdin has to be one of the best park shows I have ever seen! (right up there with Animazement, my other fave show...Festival of Fools is there too, although we only got to see it once or twice)

The best thing about Aladdin is the jokes are kept up to date with current events so the show is constantly changing (for the Genie anyway).

Just remember they squeeze 10,000 people into the seats at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater and have another 2-3,000 standing in the back for each show. People will be able to fit there. Remember, everybody is going to be standing so each person won't need that much space. The issue will be getting out of there after the show.

People who park in front of the Rivers of America about three hours prior to the show scare me.

Ok, I'll admit to it, but I have only done that once! I'll never do it again (total waste of time)...we just wanted to see the show from the front for once, but it is really so much better further back.
