I have seen someone with my name in a movie before. I think it was a sound guy though.

I guess I never moonlighted - there were 3 things that had characters with a similar name, but nothing matched...I always wanted to work on a movie though

There was a movie during the early 70's, about New York City Police corruption in the 60's, that had a character that had my name. Actually it was a semi-documentary about the NYPD.

My farther was a NYPD detective lieutenant gold shield. One of the character's testifying in court had my fathers name. I'm junior, so it was my name also. I remember watching the movie with my mom.We both looked at started laughing when the character was called to the stand and he had my father's name. Since my parents had been divorced since the 60's, my mother had never heard about the case the movie was about.

I do remember that my farther had an extreme hate for Serpico. When that movie came out he could believe that Hollywood had made such a rat Bast*ard a hero! I never did get a chance to ask him about the movie.

If anybody knows of this movie, please tell me the name. I'd love to get a copy.

same here. It's English, but it's just one of those last names that make you go "....huh?"

When I give my full name to someone I usually have to repeat it.

Ahhhhhhh, that explains it! kcarts = Kevin Carter. I was always wondering what a "kcart" is, and why you were named after a group of them.
