My house is on the park, so we got a free show of the fireworks, it was nice to watch them very close up 8)

I cleaned up garbage at my father-in-law's ranch. Not fun. Next week he asked me to help him with squirrel control...

My wife and I were headed to the Pier. They always have so much going on right before the fireworks show, then my moms called. She put on the guilt trip and we had to have dinner with her first. So we didn't make it to the pier. But a friend came over and we shot off fireworks and watched other peopel shoot off a lot bigger ones.

On the third we were at a friends and had a barbeque. But sadly, there really wasn't anything really huge going on. I wonder if we americans take our 4th for granted?
