It really works out well. For example the resort and express monorail. The express monorail is myelinated and the local is non myelinated. The myelinated action potential doesn't lose any electrons (no stops to let off passengers) and the non-myelinated is the resort monorail since it can let off passengers (electrons) along the way :D

Good one Len90!...but does that mean the express monorail (myelinated) is faster than the resort (unmyelinated) staying true to the science?...haha.

It is not really the speed that is fully at bay. All I had to know for the exam is that myelinated axons (express monorails) don't have the ability to lose any electrons (passengers) along the way, thus making them more effective. I would like to thank my brother Mark86 for also explaining some of this stuff via the use of Disney analogies.

Just nod like you understand and we can move on :D

You know you are a WDW nut when your friends finally understand you like WDW and there is nothing they can do to change it.

When DH and I were at our fav. restaurant, we ordered calamari and it was shaped like Mouse ears!!! DH took a pic. on his iPhone and e-mailed it to me, I just don't know how to get it to my photobucket account. Anyone know how I can do that so I can show everyone?!

Very easy process. If you have a PC, you can easily right click the attachment in your email and click save picture as. Save the picture to your computer and upload like you normally do.

If you have a Mac, just drag the image from the email onto your desktop. Then upload like usual.
