From what I hear, that model is obsolete already. Dumbo (new circus area) and Pixie Hollow are swapping places (Pixie Hollow closer to the Tea Cups/Tomorrowland Speedway and Dumbo closer to the very back of the park).

I didn't hear that, but it does seem very interesting that Disney would make such a sudden last minute change. I am sure there is a good reason for this if it is true.

I tend to go by the blueprints. And the most recent I have seen (drainage for the new area) shows Dumbo in the back and PH by Tea Cups, just like the original blueprints. I can't find them right now, but if I can (not everything can be found on Google or Bing...) I'll post them.

Spotted them online. I don't know exactly who but I probably wouldn't be able to tell. Confidentiality and all that. I don't know if they are from Disney or the companies that Disney has hired to do the construction, either.

Like I said, trust the blueprints over the model. And it isn't last minute. The blueprints that were "leaked" long before Disney ever confirmed the expansion show the same thing.

Orange County would have them on file too. I doubt they would put them online, but you have to provide blue prints when obtaining permits for construction.

Wouldn't they just have to file the prints with Reedy Creek?

I agree, Jacca5660, that it would be Reedy Creek as it will be Reedy Creek building inspectors overlooking the project, not Orange County's.
