I've been on it twice and it's more or less the same idea as AE, just throw Stitch in there. It's also more....sterile.

It's not as scary, right? I heard that it's more funny and entertaining for smaller kids now. The way the make it look, it doesn't look scary at all.

I think Stitch's Escape is pretty lame, and Stitch is one of my favorite characters.

I miss World of Motion most of all, it had the largest collection of audioanimatronics of all of Disney's attractions.

Yeah, Stitch's Great Escape must be pretty boring, because they closed "...Chamber B for Imagineering to carry out some reworking of the show. Imagineers and their computer equipment have been spotted inside, presumably re-programming show elements in an attempt to improve the poorly received attraction. During this time, chamber A remains open, however FASTPASS has been suspended..." And now they're saying that projections of Stitch moving around the chamber are now being incorporated into the show. No word yet on whether the weak storyline has been improved. So, obviously, the storyline is not strong at all. Hope they improve it before I'm there again in November.

This is another tough question. I like JII & Horizons. One of my favorite parts of Horizons, was the smell of oranges & picking the ending. I heard they put the smell of oranges in Soarin'.

I have to say that I don't remember most of these rides, but from what I've been on and from what I remember I would have to say Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I really don't like how they put that pooh ride there intead of Mr. Toad's. So thats what I have to say about that. :(

For me it's a toss up between Journey into Imagination, Horizons, World of Motion, and Mr. Toad's. The original Universe of Energy was good too.

Hey everyone, was World of Motion the ride in Epcot where you rode in the car and as you passed the mirror and you saw yourself in a futuristic vehicle?

Which one was the one that you go to pick where you would work/live in the future?

See, I remember the rides, but I can't remember which was which. But from what I can remember, I was disappointed in the vanishing of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I mean, the train coming at you, then the demons at the end? Classic. As was If you had wings. When you entered that large dome room and you felt like you were flying...

Alien Encounter was cool, but it didn't seem like it had the same magic. I mean, after you rode it once or twice, it kinda lost it's flava. Unlike other Disney rides you can ride over and over.

Hmmm... Well, Horizons I've only been on once, and I remember not being so thrilled with it that I felt the need to go on it again. So that's off the list.

Mr. Toad's I've been on numerous times, but I never cared for it much, either. And its replacement, Pooh, is much better, and the kids love that one, so I'm happy with that change, too.

I don't care for Stitch too much, either, but Alien Encounter wasn't much better, so that's out.

So... I'd have to say Journey Into Imagination. I really loved that ride, and the replacement is annoying at best. Probably the only good thing about the new ride is that nobody wants to go on it, so it's a good air-conditioned ride with no wait.

And I'm surprised that 20,000 Leagues isn't on the list. Though, to be fair, I've never went on it. They shut it down the same week that I visited WDW for the first time. :-(

I was all about Alien Encounter, myself... if that attraction had originall been at Studios, I'm sure it would still be there... it was just way too kid-unfriendly for MK...

I don't really have one, but my husbands favorite extinct ride would have to be the Submarine Voyage. I forget the exact name. I never did go on it as a kid as the lines were ALWAYS too long. But, what from I heard, it was one of those rides that Disney really put alot of work and imagination into. :D

I can't believe that my favorite extinct attraction didn't make your list of choices. It's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It was great.
