Movies, TV, music, and more. Here's the place to talk about anything Disney outside of the parks.

I contacted D23 by e-mail, I did not see a # to call. I'm getting really annoyed now! We should've gotten something! DH should've gotten the poster since I signed him up before Christmas, he is still a "charter member" and I should get the calendar.

Maybe your postman is enjoying them?

I got an e-mail back and obviously they had no idea what I was talking about. All the e-mail stated was the for renewal memberships the items should arrive 3-4 weeks after Jan. (what?!) and DH should've gotten a lithograph and not the calendar. So, I wrote back and said these are NOT renewal memberships and I told them we've gotten nothing so far. Maybe I'll get somewhere one of these days?!

It sounds like one of those automated e-mails. Anyone out there know a way around this problem for boilerbabe?

It was not an automated e-mail, the person's name that responded was "Nick". Maybe if I call the # for Disneystore.com I will have better luck?! I'm very frustrated!

Did you send "Nick" a reply explaining your problem in detail?

I'm sorry this has turned into a crazy situation boilerbabe.

Perhaps calling disneystore.com will get you somewhee as sometimes emails get confusing and frustrating. Good Luck!
And as an update on our situation, we finally got my magazine, however, hubby's hasn't shown up yet
I haven't looked through it yet, but he did and loved it!

Yeah, I did sent a more detailed e-mail to "nick" but I may try calling here in a minute. I think I should check our mail person's truck, they might be enjoying my Disney items!

This is getting ridiculous!
Hope you get your stuff straightened out Mmeleota!

I ended up getting the lithograph, so you should be getting it too.

Poor Boiler-couple! Tell you what: since DW and I both signed up at the same time and got duplicate stuff, we will give you one of our posters. Still in the tube! How's that?

We just finally got our poster yesterday! Oh no M-dude, I feel terrible!!! The poster B-dude got was the one where Mickey is painting a smile on the world. Which one did you have?!
I'm still waiting for my calendar.

I hear the postal service has been a rough time with the winter storms up North, boilerbabe, so who knows - it could be "in process of delivery" somewhere, but held up due to the chaos from the snow storms.

As an employee of the USPS I can tell you the only area in which we were having getting mail in and out of was the Washington area. Northern VA, Baltimore, Delmarva and the like. But that was only for a couple of days.
