Actually, Jiminy Cricket does say that at the end of Spectromagic. That's what happens when you pick too generic of a quote: sometimes it can apply to other attractions you're not thinking about as an answer! :)

BTW Timekeeper says it too at the end of that attraction.

That is correct, Madame! It was part of that beginning mish/mosh of quotes as you turned the corner to ancient Egypt before Jeremy Irons started talking. The cavemen trying to take down the woolly mamoth is there now.
