hmm. actually looks a bit tough. I'm guessing it is the ground, somewhere in AK. Maybe Asia.

Hmmm edit to above, I don't think that the picture is a real thing, it may be a backdrop painting, so I'm going to go for Peter Pan in or around the mermaid Lagoon.
