For me it really depends where I am at in the moment...but here is a quick list

Breakfast - Kona Cafe - french press of Kona Coffee and tonga toast.

Lunch - Le Cellier - Cheddar Cheese soup is wonderful. It's a good way to try it out if you can't get in for dinner.

Dinner - Yak & Yeti - Everything on the menu is good. We watched it being built and went to it on its opening day, the Yak & Yeti in the Animal Kingdom is great. We were able to use our dining plan with it and loved it so much that we went a couple of more times. It has really great dishes (can't remember any of the names) and a wonderful atmosphere. The appetizers were especially good. Normally I would have picked the Akershus and it is still a favorite must do, but this place was really nice.

Snack - If during the Food and Wine festival, any of the countries represented have great things to try and you can use your meal plan snacks to cover them. If not, mickey mouse ice cream bar.

Well I tried a number of new places this past week (O'Hana, Biergarten, Le Cellier [after several years, no not new but sorta], Big River Grill, Raglan Road).

I'd pass on O'Hana and Le Cellier again if someone asked to go.

O'Hana had good apps and the steak was good, but the turkey and pork were constantly overdone (talking seriously charred), the noodles were underdone or oversauced or something as they were hard and didn't seem impressive, and the shrimp were merely decent-good.

Le Cellier we went for lunch and I got the cheese soup and the Salmon BLT. The cheese soup was tasty, but I think overrated and overhyped. I personally thought it didn't go very well with the pretzel bread at all and preferred it with the sour dough. The salmon BLT was better as a piece of salmon with a BLT on the side, so that's how I ate it. Overall I enjoyed the meal, but it was sort of a let down after hearing so many people rave about it.

Big River Grill and Brewery I think actually had the better beer and cheese soup. It was better seasoned and more balanced. The BBQ burger I had there was also excellent, just wish they served fries with it instead of greasy chips. I'd go again, but not make any special trip for it. I'd probably try Kouzinna if I went back that way. The beer I had though (the winter seasonal) wasn't all that great though.

I was very pleased with the beer selection at Raglan Road was good with several foreign imports on tap. The shepard's pie re-imagined I had was als very good and very filling. A little pricey for both the drinks and meal though- especially consider the pie was $18 for a peasant's meal  Oh well can't complain too much, would go back if for nothing else than the music.

The highlight of my new dining experiences, however, was the Biergarten. There were some items I would definitely skip on the line again but the hot sausages and sauerkraut, chicken schnitzel with hunter's sauce, the warm meatballs, and the meat and potatoes dish were all very good. Plus they have as good pretzel bread too! And a potato leek soup was great and even a better pairing than the cheese soup with the pretzels! And they serve German dark beer, on tap, in a liter sized mug for $12! Not a great deal, but that comes out roughly to $5.50 a normal size beer which is probably the best I found on property for an import on tap.

Hey, Mr.ToadWildRider, can you tell me where Big River Grill and Raglan Road are located? I'm not familiar with those two restaurants?

I believe it is quite obvious that the greatest restaurant is the Sci-Fi Dine in theatre. I would kill a smurf to get the video loop they play there.

Well, everyone has a favorite, and I'm sure everyone has a "greatest restaurant" too. I don't know anyone who has that video loop, although I think the audio for it can be requested here on subsonic - and you won't have to kill a smurf to listen to it either. There are plenty other good reasons to kill a smurf (just joking).

id say our favorite table service is probably Tuto in Epcot, favorite counter service would be Sunshine Seasons in The Land.

Breakfast - usually grab something at whatever resort staying at
Lunch and Dinner - Pecos Bill, the food court in the Lands pavillion in Epcot, a brat in Germany, the commissary in DHS ( their Ugly Betty burger is very good, but I miss the Cubans they used to have ) and for a sit down I like Chef's de France.

My two favorites overall are Victoria and Albert's (DUH -- if you haven't been there, it's untouchable) and the California Grill. Both are legendary.

I'm afraid we'll have to agree to disagree on this one -- when the food is correct, I don't know that there's a better combination anywhere at Epcot. And it's nearly impossible to get a ressie there, which shows that many people feel the same way about the restaurant.

Not dismissing your opinion -- just stating mine. :-)

On our last trip to WDW we tried Sanaa in the Animal Kingdom Villas. Now I am torn between Yak-n-Yeti and Sanaa. The protions at both are large enough to share, and every mouthful is delicious.

Second place goes to Boma, Ragland Road, and Jiko's.

I guess I am just indecisive...
No really, see? It's a screwdriver and it's... sonic

My perfect dining day would be:
Breakast at Tusker House
Lunch at Columbia Harbor House
Dinner at Le Cellier
