I had to vote for night. There is something about the night that makes WDW seem extra magical. Here are a couple of my favorite shots from this past July. Top two are from the July 3rd special fireworks at MK and the last one is from EPCOT July 4th Illuminations.

I agree...Len those shots are all amazing...I love how you caught the shells just starting to go off in the Illuminations photo.
Oh yeah Boilerbabe...that's a great reason to go! At the same time I think you should compare cameras. Get a cheap one ...go to your nearest Disney Theme Park for lets say a week...take night photos....come back ...think to yourself you really didn't like how it took those night pictures...return camera...buy new camera...and start the whole process over. Repeat until satisfied with your photos...
