That's the rules people wanted when we started, though I personally don't see a problem with total scramble. However, if we were total scrambling I think personally I'd rather the spaces be added i.e.
LICSO CEPL FEBA (it's your example)
That way at least people can see how many letters are in each word. It's almost impossible with the number of different things at WDW to total scramble and lump all together I think.
The answer is Pecos Bill Cafe.

I agree. I would like to think that the people on here are bright enough to figure things out with just a couple of clues. Like three words and in a park. But I digress...
PBC is correct!

Well I wouldn't mind changing to total scramble as long as spaces were designated.
As for the next scramble:
OANCDAA

Yea you got it. I figured it would be too easy but I was hoping the "O" as a word would throw people off

Louisiana Lady?
I don't know what that is if it's correct but that's what popped out at me. Sounds like the name of a boat

You're right, Mr. T. It's one of the shuttle boats that runs between Port Orleans Riverside and Downtown Disney.
You're up!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this - it has been soooooooooo long since I posted it, I forgot it and had to unscramble it myself - hehehehe
Now that I have descrambled it, I am able to give you this clue:
It is in a theme-park, not a resort, and is not a restaurant.

Wow, kcarts! I went thru all of the attrictions using an old guide book looking for every attraction with an X in the title. While we have to wait for mindfilipper, I think you got it!
Shame on me for using a guidebook from '07......=)
