Ok.....Boilerdude and Sleepy understood the clue, they named a place that is in the World, but is not owned by Disney (is disney 33% of clue, but not disney 33% of clue). As far as "Vibrant" (last 34% of clue): viÂ·brant

Okay, it's in a park, but it's a place being rented out by another company. Disney may rent/sub-let space/contract out to other companies - but those other companies don't "own" that space.

Never said that the place in question owned the space, I said Disney didn't own the place in question. You're on the right track, Disney does not own the Rainforest Cafe chain, but they are in Disney, although technically outside of the Animal Kingdom park. If you think about it there really aren't that many options for this compared to say an attraction somewhere in the world.
