Yep. that is what I was looking for. It comes from the buffet area. From what I was told while talking to a manager in the restaurant is that the decor on that second floor was Imagineer Joe Rohde's gift to the park. Supposedly he personally took care of this with some of his own stuff.

I've only been to DAK once - and only once years ago before it opened - so it's tricky remembering the park from that one time.
