Not Uk. It's trickier than you think.

I'm trying to think of a clue. Not easy without giving too much away. It's as much as a when as a where.

OK its taken at night because you can see the lights reflections, that doesn't give much away though.

You say it's as much a when as a where so is it possibly something that is only put up at a certain time of year.

Wild Guess its a stain glass panel of Cinderella with a rose garland round her bodice standing by a floral display that is similar during the Garden Festival.

So it must be a holiday decoration. Maybe something for Christmas in one of the parks since that is what is coming up?

I honestly would have no idea what it is since I have not been in Disney during the holidays.

Well in seriousness it reminds me of a shop display. But the shop displays are pretty generic in WDW (i.e. there's a lot of stuff at Mouse Gears or Mouse Works or whatever that I wouldn't be surprised seeing something similar at Merchant of Venus or at the resort shops) So other than that no. i'll guess Mouse Gears though.
