I like Epcot for background music but then again you can't beat all the good lands in the MK for music. I've always said I thought Disney should sell a CD of just background music - OK - that might not be good for Subsonic but I still like the idea! :D

that's a really touch one because I love certain music to each park. I honestly can't pick one that's my favorite over the others, depends on my mood I guess.

Wow. Seems I may be in the minority, but I think I like AK music the best. EPCOT is a close second though. I looked back at my "Treasures" here and most of them are AK tracks.
Can't get back to WDW soon enought, but alas, no immediate plans...

This might be the toughest question of all!

My first response would be Epcot. But I looked back at my "Treasures" here, and it seems to be evenly split amongst the parks. So, Epcot or AK would be be my answer. Or, maybe it's DHS or MK.

Darn.

I just can't decide!

Yes.

Apart from that, I'll have to say Epcot, MK, AK, then...after further review it might be MK, Epcot, AK - no, now I think it's AK, Epcot, MK - DOH! I give up!!!

That was a good question, though, as it helped me remember a few things I hadn't thought about in a little while. :D :D

I'm amazed! I never thought in a 1,000 years that someone would list the AK as having the best music at WDW. I would have never thought it. Wow, you learn something everyday! Also I find it just as amazing that MGM (Yea I know) has gotten so little love. I wonder if this is a generational thing?

- The Tree of Life songs are amazing, and some of my favorites.
- The Jammin' Jungle parade has great music.
- The "area" music in Asia is some of the best in Disney.
- The songs from Festival of the Lion King are great. And some people are fond of the songs from the Nemo Musical (though I am not).
- Pizzafari and Flametree BBQ both have really unique soundtracks.

If you haven't had a chance to check these out, do a search on the main page and listen to the Tree of Life songs. Really great stuff, and they really put me in the Disney mood! (The AK is our favorite park).

The Innoventions area music is about as good as it gets. You can just walk around looking at the flowers and listening to the music and pass the day away. Also...the music that plays at the entrance of Epcot is great because it gets you excited about all of the attractions and such inside.

I also like the music on Main Street USA...because it just makes you happy. Epcot gets first place though.

I'm sorry!! It was nothing personal, I've just spent so little time in the AK. I don't ever think of the music. There have been trips where I've stayed at the AK Lodge and not have gone to the park.

To me, AK music is so generic. It's like the new age CD's you can buy cheaply in Walmart or Target's. EPCOT to me have music that fits the "character" of the pavillion in either Future Showcase or World Showcase. MK is the same way. But AK - ehhh, nothing special...(just in my opinion)

For me it's AK, hands-down. I love all the peppy and inspirational instrumental stuff from the Tree of Life area, the Flame Tree BBQ area, the Pizzafari area, entrance music, and the AK Lodge.
Close second would have to be EPCOT. There is just so much awesome music there that I can't list it all. :D

I admit, I like the Festival of the Lion King music as well as the Flame Tree BBQ & Pizzafari music a lot....but it's not EPCOT....both past and present. I've always felt the theming was best at EPCOT. From the different areas in Future World to each individual country's pavilion. There's just something about it...maybe it's subliminal messages...who knows?

EPCOT seems to have the best attraction and background music.

Definitely a toughy. MK first because of the nostalgia reasons, then its a tie between DHS (sunset blvd area) and Epcot (Future World).
