Sacre Bleu! Disneyland Paris track additions

Post by subsonic » May Wed 18, 2005 2:03 pm

Riscy has been so gracious to organize all of the Paris tracks I had. If you read the forums you would know that I have been very reluctant to add Paris tracks. Since someone took the time to organize them I figure I would give them a try. About 230+ tracks were added.

subsonic or any other sysadmin,
how come the tracks do not show up under the "recently added" section of the website? also, do you use MySql for the database? I am starting to learn MySql and PHP.
thanks.

they probably don't show up under "recently added" as they need to be manually entered in to that page. And, 230+ tracks take some time to update.

understand completely. updating 230+ tracks would take up some time. thought maybe PHP (or whatever subsonic is using) could read the date / time stamp on the files.
cool

Well, i think that the beautiful "Space Mountain De la Terre a La Lune" area loop and the "SpaceMountain De la Terre à La lune" riede music are unique.
The new SpaceMountain Mission 2 ride music is also unique(but worthless for me).
And BTM warning"please keeps ur hands and arm..." are slightly different(i'm not sure at 100%)

A part celà, les musiques sont *presque* les mêmes.

Very nice add on Sub, very nice. The only thing missing now is tracks from the parks in Asia to make it a full out international site here.

I don't know why those aren't in the recently added page. So many things are broken now. Evertime it comes to fixing stuff I think how this system sucks and could be so much better. I'm looking into recoding everything from the ground up but it's taking too long and I don't know enough. Sigh.

Thanks Riscy and Subsonic for all your hard work. I heard the Phantom Manor area sounds and it was pretty cool to hear something new. Nice work! :D

Out of these new Paris tracks I particularly like the stuff from Space Mountain, I haven't heard a bad track from their yet. I have never been to Disneyland Paris but their park music is obviously not what is troubling their resort, great add on once again Sub.
