You will LOVE the Christmas party kcookiebear, have you been before?! DH and I are going in Dec. too.

My suitcases are already upstairs, I think that qualifies as having a problem. And today is 90 days out, so we can make ADR's!!! WOOHOO!
I hope you have a wonderful trip!

Didn't they change the ADR's to 180 days? I think that is another thread somewhere.
Hey... you never know.

Go to Youtube and get a fix that way!

No, we tried this, it's still at 90 days.

I would highly recommend planning another trip! That's what I do. I've had countdowns as far out as 250 days. Any time someone walks into my office at work the first thing they do is look at my whiteboard for the latest countdown. Hey, whatever gets you through the day, right

I'm sorry you had to cancel your trip, and I hope you are feeling better...Pretty much everything that's been mentioned here are the things I do to say bye-bye to the gloomies.
Mainly planning the next trip (if we have one coming up), hitting you tube for videos of rides and shows, and most of all, coming here.
At first I thought it would make my withdrawal worse, but I found the opposite happened. I feel so "in the loop" when I come here and chat with everyone and listen to the music.
I hope this works for you too!!!

I will not be going to Disney this year either due to having my first child, which is the most precious experience that I ever could have. However this will be my first year in many, many years without a Disney trip and there is definitely a feeling of loss that goes with it. So in my very infrequently occurring spare moments, I've put myself into planning our first family trip to disney, with baby in mind, in 2010. I watch videos of rides on you tube, I think about what areas will be good sensory stimulation for a baby, watch my own videos, look at the different resorts and think of which one to stay at, I look at the different disney parks through google earth (you have to try this if you never have done it) and I always have subsonic radio on in the background. This has pretty much put the memory of not going way into the back of my mind.

Congratulations on your first child! I know the baby won't remember the first trip, but you will. What a blessing!

I plan and read up on stuff and plan some more. I look at menus to think about what I may want to order, etc.
