it's on the totem pole fartherst to the left if you begin walking the WS from the right side...theres a group of 3 poles, look up towards the top on the left side of a face.

That's the billboard on Sunset Strip in DHS between two of the stores as you walk towards TOT.

It's just one of the details I always loved about DHS/Sunset. I especially like the decrepit bilboard for the Hollywood Tower Hotel.

If skull is correct then WHERE in Small World? It's a big attraction.

I would guess it's towards the end of the ride where you have all the different languages saying "Good-Bye" perhaps Mexico-ish?!
