That is a British postbox, so I will guess at the UK Pavilion at Epcot, however it could also be in Canada.

Try this. It is a nighttime shot so the colour is very orange. It is normally white in daylight.

It is the Lions outside the China Pavilion.
Good guess figment. I think they are the same statues as the ones outside the Chinese Theatre.
