Definitely a bad time for me. I don't think I can cut out of my college classes and final exams in order to see the Mouse. Anybody planning a year in advance... maybe mid-late June 2010.

You never showed! Unfortunately, with the way all of our schedules work out, we will only have a small window to go to WDW and it happens to be then. I would have preferred to go once again for July 4th just to see all the great fireworks once again, but it's still a trip to WDW! It's better than not going at all.Dr. Ravenscroft wrote:Don't make me drive up there and smack you on your birthday!!! True. I was just commenting on the ridiculous heat in the summer. I still don't understand how I did that so many years ago. California on the other hand is bearable in the summer, not perfect but less humidity so you can cool off easier.Len90 wrote:You never showed! Don't worry I will still find a way to get you.....

It can get pretty unbearable at times. However, we usually are at the pool in the early afternoon and are able to cool off. We also try and incorporate a lot of air conditioned breaks throughout the parks.Dr. Ravenscroft wrote:True. I was just commenting on the ridiculous heat in the summer. Are you running, volunteering or just spectating/cheering ?

I'm manning the first (which is also the last) water stop for the half on the Saturday so I will not have too much time for parks that day and I need to get to bed reasonably early.
The Sunday is the marathon, I should be finished by around 10"ish" but I don't think I'll be doing to much else that day
I might manage to be one of the "lazy people in the lazy river."
Monday is lunch in the Germany pavilion with some (100 or so ) members of my virtual running club. Then perhaps a sampler of a few of the beverages from around World Showcase
We should wear something Subsonicy just in case we pass each other.
