From MousePlanet's WDW update:
"The former 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea lagoon area across from The Many Adventures of Winnie–the–Pooh attraction is not going to open as a dedicated meet–and–greet (although there is the possibility of character greetings there as well). The area will be a children's play area featuring slides, climbing structures and interactive pop-jet fountains. The area will be called “Pooh's Playful Spot,” and will open around September."
Not exactly a worthy replacement for Captain Nemo's subs, in my opinion!

20k leagues
I was hoping for at least a Nemo-themed sub ride! It's the perfect setting. What a shame...

OK, so basically there just extending the toon town area, what a waste, they could have added another ride or indoor attraction. maybe something from CA. or Euro dis.

Yeah - what a waste of space and creativity! That is what you get for being cheap...

Re: 20,000 league
If they were just extending it.. why couldn't they add a new ride. Like the Roger Rabbit ride they have in DL????simplecomp wrote:OK, so basically there just extending the toon town area ...
