We stayed at the Beach Club Villas. Overall, the whole resort is a very beachy-type atmosphere. Very laid back. Very close to Epcot and great nightime entertainment at the Boardwalk. You have to make sure you take some time to get ice cream at Beaches and Cream. My favorite is the No Way Jose - chocolate ice cream with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce . . . and of course, whipped cream and nuts!mickster68 wrote:Going to give the Beach Club a try our next trip--April '07. Anyone ever stayed here? I'm used to the more rustic surroundings of Wilderness Lodge, so I'm not sure I'll like is as much, but we need a change, and I hear the pool is awesome. We'll see...
So where are you staying on your next WDW trip?

Mom and I stayed there back in 2004. Best fun I ever had staying on the grounds.mking624 wrote:We will be at Pop Century. We haven't stayed there before, so I'm interested in seeing how it compares to All Stars (I'm not a big fan of AS).
I'm shooting The Contemporary Hotel sometime this year.

Nice! You'll enjoy it. PO: Riverside is my favorite. I stayed there on my first trip to WDW, and I stayed there last year on my most recent trip. I love the theming and it doesn't hurt the wallet too much. A close second is the Carribean Beach. I love the bar on the beachdisgram wrote:We will be staying at POFQ in August!!! Got the free dining as a pleasant surprise!

AKLRULZ! My favorite resort evah! Enjoy it.
We're just back from two stays at the Beach Club and then the Yacht Club. Location is so hard to beat there, but our next stay in August is back to the Polynesian.
