Homemade cheese crackers (think cheese straw but not extruded), proscutto and melon, cheese and salami.
Corn salad, very good for hot summer meals
Duck tacos, half korean style and half peking style, very good and surprising to me as to how good they turned out.

Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, the shocker here is that it contains no eggs or granulated sugar.
This was more to show off the dressing, but a "high class" wedge salad with home grown tomatoes, and homemade ranch dressing.
And chocolate chess pie with spiked whipped cream. For those that don't know where the name comes from, imagine if the name were spoken without being dragged through the mud by a southern accent. It would go from "Chess" to "Just".
