Actually, Boilerdude is wrong. But you're right when you said it was AA (American Adventure) and you got the scene right, too - but the line was said by Ben Franklin, NOT Thomas Jefferson, in the show. However, historically, the line was actually spoken by John Adams, NOT Benjamin Franklin; Disney took "dramatic license" in switching it to Benjamin Franklin.
Also, it's "Attraction" quotes, so I was looking for the attraction name. Thomas Jefferson is a character in two of them: American Adventure, and the Hall of Presidents. I was trying to prompt Boilerdude to give the attraction name.
However, Mr.ToadWildRider, as you did actually put the attraction in your post (AA=American Adventure), you guessed it right so it's your turn.

I was almost positive it was Jefferson. But the truth in the matter it’s an error because no one really said it. Madison wrote that in memos to himself. It showed that he was going to support the constitution because he knew the colonies would not voluntary be in synch .
Thats okay Mr.Toad, its all you.

Most likely no one actually said it. Some historian probably thought, that's a good way to show the difficulties of the Declaration of Independence. Thus the legend was born, like George Washington and the cherry tree.
ANYWAY, will someone post a quote please?
