I am in a "what would you do" mood this morning apparently. LOL.
If you could add a new ride, restaurant, resort, park etc ... what would you add?

I would add a "Restaurant of the Future" in the space the Odyssey is in EPCOT! Maybe like a Space Station!

I would add a special resort on Discovery Island. There can be small individual buildings that guests can reserve that faces towards the Magic Kingdom. People who have reservations there are the only ones on the island. You can even add a beautiful restaurant on the island as well.

It's hard to say...because as much as I would love to add another park...I already know how difficult it is to go to the 4 we have now during one vacation.
So I'll add a resort. I'd like to see a Venetian resort like the one originally planned. Not sure where they would put it...but having been to the one in Las Vegas...it would be amazing at WDW. Sans the casino of course.

That list could definitely go on, and on, and on, etc. There have been some great ideas so far too. I like putting something, anything in the Odyssey! Discovery island is a cool idea too. They could bring back River Country (or whatever it was called). I remember going there as a kid, rope swings, etc., good times!
While I have a slew of ideas for parks, restaurants, resorts and attractions, I think today I'm going with Tom Saywer's Island. I would refurb the fort and make the old yellow bldg into a restaurant. I would make it a HM themed restaurant that over looks, well, the HM! I would also bring back the attacks on the fort that they use to have when the park first opened.

Re-engineer the Wonders of Life pavilion in Epcot, update it and bring back some old classic parts of it as well. I miss riding those bikes around the parks!

I would add more track and exhibits to see on the Disney Railroad. And bring back Mr. Toads Wild Ride.

That's a great idea, I love it!
I would add either Brazil or Greece to Epcot.
I would update the Tomorrowland Speedway in the Magic Kingdom.
I would add a water ride in DHS (just not sure based on what)

Something history-themed. Kind of like a Disney-meets-Williamsburg, but for all parts of the world and all historically significant eras. Elizabethan England, Renaissance Italy, Ancient China, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, etc. I don't know enough about central Asia or South America beyond Inca/Maya history to know what would be included, but the significant stuff from there, too. I would include some thrill rides (Egypt would lend itself nicely to this) as well as CM's who do living historical interpretations in arts, crafts, and other stuff. And restaurants serving semi-authentic dishes without the half-rotten / food poisoned food.

Polynesian 1980
All-Star Movies 2001
Pop Century 2008
Saratoga Springs 2010
Bay Lake Tower 2012
Hyatt Place Anaheim Resort/Convention Center 2015
Marriott Anaheim Suites 2016

Fun! You could also do something like that in Tomorrowland!

Sounds amazing. It could be kind of like "Adventurland" themed, since it would be on an island. Isn't that what they tried to make the Poly like? Is that an urban legend that the Contemporary represented Tomorrowland, the Poly represented Adventureland etc etc?
I think I heard that somewhere....

Ohh! I love this one too!
I think one of the best parts about WDW is the cultural activities. We love AKV for this reason. We just love to go down to the fire at night and talk to the CM's about their homes.
